So we waited. Approximately six months after the last broadcast of the developers, a new trailer for the upcoming remake of the survival horror Dead Space has been released. Unlike the announcement trailer, this is no longer just a teaser, but a full-fledged demo right from the game.
To complete the picture, I will add the basic information that the remake is being created in the EA Motive studio on the Frostbite engine. This is supposed to be a faithful remake, but he wants to add additional content and thus connect the first part with the other two parts. Also related to this is the fact that in the remake (unlike the original) Isaac Clarke is speaking, his voice again provided by Gunner Wright. Of course, we can also look forward to many technical improvements, be it visuals, sounds, and more. In addition, the game can be completed “with one shot”, similar to God of War (2018). For more details, check out our developer stream roundups – the first was about introduction, the second was about audio, and the third was about visuals.
Along with the release of the new trailer, pre-orders have also started. There is a basic version for 60 euros and a deluxe version with cosmetic accessories for 70 euros.
You can also get the title in the Collector’s Edition provided by Limited Run Games. In it you will find, for example, Isaac’s helmet, a steelbook, a soundtrack disc or a figurine. However, the price is high – $ 275.
The survival horror classic Dead Space is back, and Limited Run is proud to present the Collector’s Edition of the upcoming remake.
Includes art prints, a metal Marker statue and more, including a wearable glowing Isaac helmet.
