Marauders is a multiplayer first-person shooter that presents an alternate version of Earth’s history in which the world war never ended. The world is expanding and little remains on the surface. Therefore, all the brave and, most importantly, capable of anything, go on their ships to the stars, which represent the only way out of poverty. On your own ship, alone or with a group of up to three other players, you embark on an adventure that is never guaranteed to have a happy ending. Here you deal with enemies both with the help of naval artillery and with the help of infantry equipment. When it comes to boarding, you have no choice but to fight your enemies with pistols, rifles, or melee weapons.
So far, players are describing Marauders as an alternative to Escape from Tarkov, which differs from the well-known HC shooter primarily in that the action takes place in space. When you die, the equipment is lost. However, it currently stands at 50% on Steam under evaluation. The main problem should be bugs and especially game crashes. On the other hand, the strength of the whole is the atmosphere, together with the main mechanisms of this work.
Marauders is out in early access. The creators suggest that the game will remain in it on PC for at least 12-18 months.
