This new Genshin Impact leak lists three four-star characters who will be joining Cino and Venti in the first half of the RPG Banners 3.1 anime. HoYoverse has already announced that Candace will be joining the roster as a new four-star character, and now it looks like Kuki Shinobu and Sayu will be joining the roster in future character posters.
For those who don’t know, Candice wields the Hydro polearm, Shinobu wields an electric sword, and Sayu wields anemo and claymores. We still don’t know much about Candice, but Shinobu is an off-field healer who scales with elemental mastery, so she can work well with Cino’s need to be on the field. Sayu is also a healer off the field, and her ability to destroy resistances with Anemo will likely complement Cino’s playstyle as well.
The information on the banner comes from the famous Genshin leader. EMPTYwho shared the list on Twitter. Five-star variants of the weapon banner have also been revealed, though this information was confirmed on the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor Discord, a server known for Genshin leaks and general chat.
It looks like the Elegy of the End Bow and the Staff of Scarlet Sands Polearm will be two five-star weapons in the first half of Genshin Impact 3.1. The first is a fantasy bow for Venti that provides an energy recharge, while the second is a new polearm that will probably be Cyno’s best option in the slot given her release schedule.
As you can see, there is a lot to learn in the 3.1 update. Don’t forget to take advantage of free Anniversary Primogems and various new in-game events, especially since 3.1 is a week shorter than most other updates.
