In 2019, the independent Czech studio Attu Games brought us the excellent platform game Feudal Alloy, which impressed us with its hand-drawn graphics and elements from the RPG and metroidvania genres.
Now the two-man husband-and-wife team of Lukasz and Eva Navratil have brought the first sample from their next project called the Scarlet Deer Inn. The setting of the game is inspired by Slavic folklore, and the graphics are based on embroidery techniques. The authors themselves about the title they talk like an embroidered action adventure with an emotional story, interesting characters and a dark dungeon full of monsters.
All character images must be based on actual embroidery. Do you have music using traditional tools created by the developers themselves. Scarlet Deer Inn will be released on PC and Nintendo Switch at an undetermined date. In addition to the trailer attached above, you can also check out some images from the game below.
