The event Apex Legends Beast of Prey Collector devrait was launched later than most with a limited duration mode, some new skins d’arms and a Loba heritage – if you can work hard, this is it -tell. The Battle Royale event is expected to focus on Aliens and Predator, with several new character skins taking up a page in the Intergalactic Hunter’s Notebook.
The event trailer kicks off with the introduction of the new limited-time Shoot and Run game mode. Much like shooting in Call of Duty, players start the round with the same weapon and then switch to a different one with each kill. The difference between this and CoD is that the weapon pool is split between teammates, so you jump on a teammate when you secure a kill and get the next weapon in line. This favors team play over who has the best individual player, although it always helps.
The round will end when one person reaches the last weapon, a new throwing knife, and successfully kills it. Gun and Run will be playable in Skulltown and Fragment East.
New cosmetic additions to Beast of Prey include legendary skins for Horizon, Lifeline, Loba, Fuse, Pathfinder, Octane, and Rampart. My personal highlight is the new Legendary Lifeline skin; The classic green and red color scheme with the traditional Predator mask looks great.
In addition to the new legendary skins, Loba now has her own relic, the Claw of Alanza, a metal fan containing various sharp objects. He thinks of Kitana from Mortal Kombat, who looks more elegant. Players can obtain Loba’s Legacy by unlocking all other Beast of Prey Legendary cosmetic items.
The new Apex event takes place on September 20 and you can earn up to 1600 points per day, so you better keep going.
