Project Eve shows us more unbridled action in a new trailer confirming the name change

The video shared by PlayStation reveals the narrative by introducing some characters.

We haven’t gotten a Project Eve event since last year’s PlayStation Showcase. It took us a whole year to have a new gameplay trailer in this State of Play. At the end of the trailer, the name change to now called “Stellar Blade” was confirmed. In the video, it was possible to meet new characters and ensure their participation in the narrative.

Project Eve will be renamed Stellar BladeThe meaning of the new name is explained on the official PlayStation Blog. It turns out that the word “Stellar” means “stars” in Latin, while “Blade” is described as “sword”, so with this wordplay, we already know what the game is about. Embody Eve, where she will go through a challenging adventure set in Xion, the last city on Earth.

Eve and her friends aim to “re-invade the extinct Earth”, but first meet Adam, a character who helps her by taking Eve to Xion. In this city where multiple secrets and stories will be discovered. To fulfill his goal, it is important for our hero to develop relationships with the inhabitants of Xion in order to rebuild the named city.
