Skull and Bones shows gameplay under a microscope

Skull and Bones is slowly approaching its release date, so Ubisoft is releasing a trailer to showcase the game’s features. Its main attraction is the presentation of what you can change on your ship. Those who expected dull editing will probably be disappointed, as this is where the upcoming pirate action game will stand out relatively. You can install cannons of various calibers, ballistas, oriental explosive arrow throwers or flamethrowers on your kotsabka. Of the presented assault toys, I was most impressed with what came out almost like modern torpedoes. In addition to the essential shaping of the vessel, cosmetic elements should not be missing here either.

The game will be heavily based on PvP, where ship owners will face each other and show each other which of the pirates is bigger. For those unimpressed by PvP, there will of course be an alternative in the form of PvE, which will allow you to raid enemy convoys or organize incursions into fortified fortresses. In addition to introducing these elements, the video attached below also describes the functioning of various forms of damage and other elements. Aside from a few rather gaudy elements, I really like Skull and Bones and I can imagine it could be a success. However, it is a question of how he will get off to a good start.

The release date is set for November 8, 2022. On this day, the game will appear on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
