The release of the Dead Space remake is still a long way off. However, this does not prevent its creators from teasing loyal fans with information about the upcoming work, who absorb every news about a ship full of creatures from the worst nightmares. They currently have a list of platforms and launchers that the game will visit on release day. It probably won’t surprise anyone that in this case, the old generation consoles are no longer in the game, so only the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S are on the list. Bigger surprise than the lack of a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is the fact that this time there probably won’t be a launcher battle that turns some works into temporary exclusives for one of the clients.
Upon release, players will find it on Origin, Dead Space’s home platform, as well as Steam and the Epic Games Store. Therefore, only they will be able to get the title. Along with the publication of platforms and launchers, a part of the system requirements was also published, which at first glance look relatively affordable. If you focus primarily on the recommended ones, then the game will require 16 GB of RAM and a Ryzen 5 5600X / Core i5 11600K, which are quite acceptable components. However, the creators have not yet reported the details, as well as the video cards that will be required have not been published.
