But a series of leaks and reports have revealed quite a few things about the ambitious game. And you can find them all before the last Assassin’s Creed Infinity release date.

Assassin’s Creed Infinity Release Date Speculation

Assassin’s Creed Infinity does not yet have a release date. However, an estimate of when we might see this could be 2025, or even 2026 or 2027.. Indeed, Assassin’s Creed Infinity is an extremely ambitious project for Ubisoft and only entered the early stages of production in July 2021.

The game is expected to become a platformer in the coming years, and the franchise will be based on the base version of Infinity when it launches. And since Ubisoft wants to make sure there’s a successful first release of the game, we expect it to arrive in 2025 at the earliest, but that’s speculation for now.

We might hear more about Assassin’s Creed Infinity from Ubisoft Forward this month. But the main focus will be on the next game before the release date of Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

Assassin’s Creed Infinity Leaks and Rumors

Details regarding Assassin’s Creed Infinity are currently very fluid and unconfirmed, as the only solid information we have comes from leaks and journalistic reports.

However, Ubisoft has named Assassin’s Creed Infinity a project that will “guide, grow, develop and define the overall future of Assassin’s Creed”.

Ubisoft has also confirmed that the franchise will be a collaborative platform between studios, led by Marc-Alexis Côté as executive producer. Étienne Allonier continues to work on the franchise after having been brand director for more than 10 years. Julien Laferrière will then ensure the development between the two studios working on the game, Ubisoft Quebec and Ubisoft Montreal. Finally, Jonathan Dumont (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate) and Clint Hocking (Watch Dogs Legion, Far Cry 2) will be the creative directors of two separate studios.

With Ubisoft yet to comment, Assassin’s Creed Infinity is widely seen as a game that will essentially be an ever-expanding content hub. So you will continue to play new adventures and expansions through the Infinity app or game after the first release of the game. Each expansion or version of Infinity will take you to a different time period or environment.

One of them reported parameters In Japan, the much-requested playset will be released with Infinity. While we don’t yet know what it is, a second tune-up is reportedly planned as part of Infinity’s first launch.

As for Infinity’s overall gameplay, each campaign will more closely align with the legendary trilogy of games: Origins, Odyssey, and Valhalla, with expansive open worlds and plenty to do. The upcoming Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be a more focused experience before the series reverts to an open-world RPG.

During a conference call in October 2021, Ubisoft confirmed that the game would not be free-to-play and continues the tradition of the series with “narrative elements”. So while it’s set to be a livelier service than previous Assassin’s Creed releases, it’s clear that the individual campaigns and stories will give players a golden run in each release.

When will we see the game Assassin’s Creed Infinity?

Now that you’ve heard so much about Assassin’s Creed Infinity, when can you expect gameplay?

Well, you’ll probably have to wait a bit to get a good look at the game, since it’s still in early production. If we had to guess, we don’t think we’ll see Infinity until 2024.

Ubisoft will want to pay close attention to Mirage in the months and years to come until the game hits the sun.

However, Ubisoft will unveil “the future of Assassin’s Creed” during its Ubisoft Forward event on September 10. So we might get a very brief update on the game or maybe a CGI teaser during the show. However, we don’t think this is very likely.

Here it is, everything we know about Ubisoft’s next big, ambitious Assassin’s Creed project. But while we wait for the Assassin’s Creed Infinity release date, why not dive into the Animus and review why we think Basim-led Assassin’s Creed Mirage is a major addition to the series?
