One fan in particular was so inspired by Neon that she created a stunning portrait of the Duelist in her hometown of Manila. However, her performance goes beyond an old drawing, as they actually created an animated image of a speedster.

In the moving illustration, Neon stands in front of cloudy, rainy Manila, accented by flashing neon signs (no pun intended) and massive buildings poking out of the clouds. Felimus explained in the comments section of his Reddit post that they use an app called Artiviv to create augmented reality art that brings images to life using a smartphone.
A Valorant fan claimed that it took them a month or two to create the augmented reality image. They were also able to recreate every detail of the city as they lived in Manila all their lives and studied architecture, which gave them a good understanding of building illustration and signage.
