Stardew Valley meets V Rising in the next vampire game

Stardew Valley and V Rising are not two games that we put together right away. One is an idyllic pastoral life simulation set in a pixelated rural town, and the other is a multiplayer online vampire game where you kill dozens of people and feed on their blood. But the upcoming management game, now on Steam’s wishlist, along with a tasty new trailer, somehow makes Stardew Valley and V Rising just as promising.

Bloody Hell Hotel (let’s not be rude, that’s what it’s called) is owned by Untold Games, which you may know as the creator of the puzzle platformer Darq. The premise comes directly from Tim Burton or Guillermo del Toro movies. Like a vampire asleep for centuries, you wake up to find your stately baroque mansion in a terrible state of disrepair. It needs supplies, money, a complete interior makeover, but most of all, blood.

The goal is to turn the mansion into the best possible hotel to attract unsuspecting mortals, and then sneak into their rooms to drain their veins stealthily, and sometimes not so stealthily. You must manage your staff, roam the mansion’s dungeons for building materials, and provide high-quality room service through cooking and farm mechanics. But remember, in the end it’s all about getting your fangs on that soft, sweet red, as Untold says, “Improve. Adjust. sleeves”.

Bloody Hell Hotel doesn’t have a release date yet, the developers say it should come out “when it’s cool”. However, you can list it on Steam right now.
