The 22H2 update for Windows 11 should be released next month

The first major update to Windows 11, known as 22H2, is scheduled for later this year, but Microsoft has yet to give an official release date. Now it looks like the first major release of the company’s latest operating system could be available for systems around the world as early as next month.

22H2 promises to be a straightforward update to Windows 11, adding a host of new features to the operating system that should help entice users to switch to the OS, making its release highly anticipated by many. According to sources close to Windows Central and The Verge, we can expect this new version to come out. September 20.

After downloading the 22H2 update for Windows 11, users should be able to customize the Start menu to their liking by changing the size of the pinned area and finally be able to create app folders in the Start menu just like in Windows 10.
