I still remember how I set out to explore the world of the first part of the Gothic series on PC. It was an unforgettable adventure that made me feel a much closer bond with the brand than with, for example, rival The Elder Scrolls of the time. That’s why I was very excited about the announcement of Gothic 1 Remake. Now the creators have come up with a video that shows what it will look like in mining areas. More specifically, in the Old Mine, and I must say that I’m already looking forward to entering it with a properly sharpened ambidextrous or magic scroll to show the worms what the Nameless Hero is.
A release date for the Gothic 1 remake has yet to be announced. However, it should appear in 2022 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
