Gotham Knights will include as many as forty-four different costumesdivided into eleven styles, and IGN has a video shows more than half of them, especially twenty-eight costumes for Nightwing, Batgirl, Robin, and Red Hood.

After watching the first 16 minutes of Gotham Knights gameplay, you’ll definitely wonder how it’s possible to customize the four Knights. From that perspective, the guys at WB Games Montreal drew inspiration from many places.

“We scoured the internet, various sites and portfolios, and various social media,” said game director Geoff Ellenor. “That’s why we ran into these artists, contacted them, and eventually got collaborators from Germany, France, Korea, Japan and the United States, all working to bring these costumes to life.”

Not only that: the team was also able to count on the support of the legendary Jim Lee, who almost luckily started contributing. “Most of the costumes were already designed, but we were discussing additional styles and Jim wanted to be involved – it was a really exciting experience from that perspective,” said assistant character art director Jianli Wu.

But Gotham Knights costumes editable: each starter style can be changed in various components, though leaving the stats of that particular cluster unchanged.
