The Siege and the Sandfox is a 2D Metroidvania where you go to face a massive palace under siege. In the shoes of the nimble hero Sand Fox. He will wander not only through the palace corridors full of vigilant guards, but also in the depths under the palace, where various horrors await him, including imperial dungeons full of incorrigible prisoners. It is assumed that the main idea of the gameplay will be based on stealth, which will help the various tools that will be at the disposal of the protagonist.
The whole world is presented in 16-bit graphics, so it’s definitely not a graphically expressive work. However, it is obvious that its main driver will be the processing of the game levels, which you will spend most of your time through, passing and possibly destroying enemies. A release date for The Siege and the Sandfox has yet to be determined. It should be released in 2023 on PC. You can see it on the official website.
