And here we have another postponement, which concerns the cooperation event Warhammer 40,000: Darktideon which the authors from the FatShark studio (both parts of the Vermintide series) are working.
This new project of theirs was supposed to appear last year, but in the end it was postponed until the spring of this year. However, even this deadline was not final, when the authors later announced that the game would appear no earlier than September 13th. Well, even that day is no longer valid.
The author’s team announced on their official Twitter that they have decided postpone release againand this time on November 30th. In addition, only the PC version will be available that day.when the Xbox Series X/S follows.
“Delaying a game’s release is probably one of the most difficult decisions a developer has to face, and one they’re not happy about. However, we hope that this decision clearly shows our commitment to take our time and do our best to make the game the best it can be.
We are proud of the great response to our game, but at the same time, we need more time to improve stability and performance, and fine-tune key systems…“, the official statement says.
However, to balance this bad news with something, the authors promise the players that they will soon be able to try the game, and that through various upcoming technical tests and betaswhich you can subscribe to here.
