It’s an old problem both inside and outside of esports. AMD, Rafa, cAmyy, Olga, Barbara Gutierrez, Evelyn Mackyus, Babi, Vicky SM, Julia Zaz and Suuhgetsu came together with one voice after being silenced for years and only remembered on certain dates . #StillBeRememberedPorVoces

As one of the creators of the campaign, AMD noted:We women working in esports are very close because we know it’s us, us. Ever since I’ve been on the stage, I’ve been living the negativity of gaps to show my potential and I know from my friends that they too. It would be much worse if we left out class, gender and race.† Amanda added: “The idea is to show the market and the whole community that we know it all year round, that we have talent and that we want space, that we want to conquer and that we want to facilitate the path of the next girls.

It’s always important to talk about what women think about machismo, esports, etc. But our screenplay pros also know how to tell, interpret, act, analyze, do journalism and more. The manifesto aims to commemorate women when they have to do all kinds of work on stage, not just talk about themselves.

According to a document sent to the press, the participants and the women’s community hope that this manifesto will stimulate reflection and change in the perception of the performance of women in the esports community.
