A similar bonus is available if you transfer an existing character to a new world: double experience up to level 80. However, it will only be available for the first 90 days after the transfer.
Characters spawned in the new worlds will also receive ten Silver Chocobo Feathers, which can be traded for mid-tier gear, and transferred characters will receive ten Gold Chocobo Feathers, which can also be traded.
However, home buying will not be available in the new worlds until Square can “verify that the Japanese and European data center expansion and data center movement system are stable.” Once this is complete, you will be able to purchase land on new worlds through the standard housing lottery system.
