Project Vitriol is a dark RPG set in 20th century Poland.

At its conference for investors, Studio 11 bit spoke not only about its internal projects, but also about external ones that it only publishes. And one of them is Project Vitriol, as the current codename sounds. Behind the game is the Polish studio Fool’s Theory, which helped, for example, in the development of Baldur’s Gate 3 and Outriders. While we received more general information at the conference, the official release of the teaser and the first details took place on Friday.

vitriol dark RPG with an intricate plot. Name takes place in Warsaw at the beginning of the 20th centurywhen the city under the rule of the Russian tsar. The game should be about the esoteric part of our reality, some dark part of the world.

“Most people don’t see it or know it exists, but it’s there, lurking around every corner. He is watching us closely from the shadows, and whether we know it or not, he will take his tribute.” says Jakub Rokosh, head of Fool’s Theory, about the project.

Unfortunately, we haven’t seen any gameplay footage yet, but that could change soon. Full presentation due this summer.
