Control Mode returns to Apex Legends in the upcoming Battle Royale Awakening collectible event, kicking off on June 21. Check out the LTM map pool and some big fixes for the latest legend, Newcastle.

The Lifeline Clinic is a new building located between the Gardens and the Growth Towers in Olympus. Inside, you’ll find a cool, modern medical bay that can heal you and your team. When you stand on the platform, a leash is attached to you that provides continuous healing as long as the med bay is charged. After the juice runs out, the berry will need to recharge for some time.

The Control LTM mode debuted earlier this year and is popular with Apex Legends players. It features two teams of nine players vying for control of three areas, with teams earning points for controlling areas and maintaining possession over time. There are a few minor changes to Control this time around: You’ll now see ad drones in the mode, which Respawn says are for “tasting and storytelling,” but you can still shoot them if you want.

More importantly, empty team slots at the start of test matches will be filled with new players to avoid lopsided matches. You’ll also find new tabs on the About screen that explain the mode’s rating values and the spawn system.

You can check out the full patch notes to see everything that will change in the next update. However, the patch will bring much-needed fixes for Newcastle, a new member of Apex Legends. Respawn fixed an issue that caused Newcastle to get stuck in mid-air when performing his ultimate if he was caught by Ash’s tactical abilities, as well as an issue that caused Newcastle to not reload if asked to “Destroy the Wall” on screen .

Also fixed an exploit that allowed Newcastle to instantly recharge his recovery shield by dropping a knockout shield and bringing it back, as well as a bug that caused his ult to take longer than intended.

Crafting has also changed a bit: R-301 and Rampage have been removed from the crafting list and can now be found as loot on the ground. For Wingman and CAR SMG (one of the best weapons in Apex Legends), it’s the other way around: you won’t find them on the ground anymore, but you can synthesize them in the Replicator.
