Two and a half years have passed, but finally Blizzard has listened to the fans of the game Warcraft 3: Reforged (if any) and released an update with missing features such as ranked matches, leaderboards and player profiles.

Patch 1.33 currently being tested in public beta. This should take two to three weeks. The developers then analyze the data from the players and release a stable version after any fixes/improvements.
