According to Henderson’s sources, Sony should prepare a Pro version of the DualSense driver. It is said to be codenamed “The Hunt” and probably the biggest change is the detachable levers. This can come in handy, for example, in the case of drifting, which is a fairly common DualSens problem. For the Pro version, you only need to replace the lever as such, and you do not need to replace the entire driver.

Another addition will be the rear paddles, which you can find on the Xbox Elite controller, for example. These are additional buttons that you can program according to what you need them for in the game.

The final change (known to Henderson) is the trigger stops, which ensure you don’t have to pull the trigger all the way. This can be useful, for example, in competitive games.

Insider claims that it also has driver images, but promised not to publish them. And when will we see the official announcement? Perhaps at the end of the month, when Sony should announce something about the hardware. But Henderson has yet to confirm this. He promised to try to find out more information by the end of the week.
