The Elder Scrolls VI is still in pre-production, after its release it will be Fallout 5’s turn.

Now Bethesda is finishing up the sci-fi RPG Starfield, which will not be released until next year. A few days ago, we first saw longer footage of the game. But what does it look like With other studio projects led by The Elder Scrolls VI and the new Fallout? Todd Howard, director of Bethesda Game Studios, answered this question in an interview with IGN magazine.

“Yes, The Elder Scrolls 6 is in pre-production and then we’ll move on to Fallout 5, so we’ve been on a tight schedule for a while. But we have other projects we are working on.” Bethesda boss said.

From his statement, we can deduce relatively easily that The Elder Scrolls VI has not yet entered the production phase and its release is still a long way off. Considering most of the team is still working on finishing Starfield, this is not surprising.

In the case of Fallout 5, it’s more about statement of plans for the future and reassurance that Bethesda also has plans for this series. It is worth noting that the official announcement of The Elder Scrolls VI took place four years ago. In light of the foregoing, the question arises whether the revelation was not somewhat premature. You can remember the teaser trailer for the announcement from 2018 below.
