Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 is aimed at PC and consoles

The sequel to the remaster of the classic RPG Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance, this year we will see not only computers, but also the last two generations of the PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as the Nintendo Switch.

Originally released in January 2004 on PS2 and the first Xbox, the game will feature improved graphics and boast up to 4K resolution on supported platforms, as well as local collaboration for two players.

Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 Set in and around Baldur’s Gate, it features five playable characters and classes and spans dozens of locations. You can create your own weapons and armor, and upgrade items with runestones and gems.

There will be four difficulty levels to choose from: Easy, Normal, Hard and Extreme. Whether you choose a barbarian, a monk, a necromancer, a rogue or a cleric, you will have to actively fight against hordes of monsters, from hobgoblins, ghouls, golems to dire dragons, while avoiding attacks and beware of deadly traps.

Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 will be released this summer on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG) by Black Isle Studios and Interplay.
