Lego Minecraft combines two things that go so well together. You don’t have to believe us; we can show you Someone has already spent countless hours and bricks making this Lego Minecraft plunger. Also, you can make all your digital Lego dreams come true with this Minecraft mod that turns mobs into Lego minifigures. Look, I told you, those two work.
Today we present you another art from real life with a bit of animation. GoodSirCompany uploaded a nice clip of their first Lego Minecraft stop-motion animation on Reddit. It features the player character in black armor running towards and punching an unsuspecting skeleton. It’s a nice little job, and while it has some rough edges, there’s a nice fluidity to the combat.
It’s also full of cool little details. One of the most impressive is the fire, which constantly flickers to help cement the sense of movement throughout the mini diorama. To the keen eyed, you’ll also notice a cameo of something suspicious in the background. Who doesn’t love a good cameo?
Since this is GoodSirCompany’s first attempt, there are also some very helpful comments in response. You’ll notice that the shadows in the background keep moving, but a good light source can help. There is also camera movement that probably occurs when GoodSirCompany presses the camera button. As Slasken06 suggested, jitter can be fixed by using a pair of wireless headphones to take pictures. You can also use the remote control. If you weren’t expecting us to advise you to stop traffic, consider that a plus.
If you are looking for more information about Minecraft, did you know that frogs eat goats? We didn’t know that either, and that’s terrible. Also, according to some leaks, Minecraft may have in-game features with Minecraft Live this year.
