Intel’s 13th Gen release date will be later this year, but the company has yet to officially provide a more specific release window. However, now we can have a clearer idea of when we can get our hands on the best Team Blue gaming processors.

Intel’s 13th Gen release schedule is expected to be similar to that of the 12th Gen, with K-series processors launching first and lowest TDP chips in a few months. They also confirmed that these processors will support DDR4 and DDR5 gaming memory, unlike their AMD Zen 4 competitors, which will only work with the latter.
The new motherboards with the Z790 chipset are expected to be available alongside the new 13th Gen Intel processors, with ECSM_Official reporting that the more affordable H770 and B760 variants are expected to arrive in Q1 2023.
