On May 24, DMM Games PC and Switch released the Touken Ranbu Warriors version. It is available on Nintendo eShop and Steam, while the PC version supports 4K resolution and 60fps. Touken Ranbu Warriors offers language support for English, Japanese, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, but dubbing is only available in Japanese.
There is then a demo with an introductory chapter of the game on both platforms, and all of the DLC originally available for the Switch version can also be found on PC.
For fans of the deluxe editions, the Touken Ranbu Warriors Digital Deluxe Edition is available, containing 5 additional Honmaru backgrounds, 5 additional music tracks, and 16 Uchiban costumes.
Touken Ranbu Warriors offers 15 characters known from Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-. These are the famous historical swords that here take the form of Touken Danshi warriors (swordsmen) and protect history. But members of the Touken Danshi move around without their Saniw masters over time, leaving them without firm guidance. Unfortunately, this will manifest itself the moment they are suddenly attacked by the terrifying History Retrograde Army (HRA).
At the beginning of the conflict, Token Danshi is approached by the then government and sent on a mission to the era of the Sengoku war, where changes in Japanese history are already taking place thanks to the HRA army.
Touken Ranbu Warriors was released in Japan as Touken Ranbu Musou for Switch and PC via DMM Games Player on February 17th.
