League of Legends developer Riot Games today gave us a grim vision of the future: new champion Bel’Veth, a “dark cancer that has metastasized to the heart of the void”, wants to consume Runeterra entirely. before he disappears. he reconstructs it in its “deformed image”.
In a new film titled ‘All That Will Ever Be’ produced in conjunction with DIGIC Pictures, Kai’Sa finds himself in the depths of the void – possibly after the end of ‘The Call’, which premiered at the start of the season. After a short ride, the Void Girl meets the new champion Bel’Veth, who will become a jungler, and his horde.
Kai’Sa questions Vel’Beth’s identity, and the newly emerged champion says she is “all that the Void has consumed”. According to Riot, Bel’Veth may be new to Runeterra, but he’s “countless millennia of birth – the result of an allergic reaction between the Void and a new emerging reality.”
“The culmination of the combined memories, experiences and emotions of a destroyed port city and its distant ocean – the mind of Bel’Veth contains millions of years of perfectly preserved knowledge that made it nearly omniscient then that he was preparing to destroy both Runeterra and his ancestors . . . domains.” , The gardians.”

Upon hearing of Bel’Veth’s plans for Runeterra, Kai’Sa springs into action, but is knocked down faster than a softface controlling a fed assassin. The Void Empress then captures Kai’Sa and reveals her true monstrous form. There are teeth…lots of teeth.
Bel’Veth’s shapeshifter appears to match unconfirmed skill leaks posted by “Ryscu” just over a week ago. According to leaked information, the Eternal Feast of Bel’Veth (R) restores him to his true form for a short time, granting him additional resistances and allowing him to use his passive stacks to create a harmful swarm.
For Kai’Sa, her time as a sentient being seems to have come to an end as her universe page and splash image have recently been updated to show her in a new corrupted form. It was clearly a teaser for the promotion of the new champion Bel’Veth.
Although Bel’Veth looks absolutely creepy, we’re excited to see Riot continue down this more out-of-this-world path. It looks like the Millennium War in the LoL universe will soon have cosmic-scale repercussions.
