“Rockstar Games is telling us about upcoming updates and Rocksta and I are working very hard. I know players are frustrated, flattered that they want more content, and Rockstar Games will share everything over time.” Zelnik said.

However, another situation is interesting. Zelnick initially said that the game would be supported long term. A spokesperson for Take-Two later told IGN that Zelnick was referring exclusively to online servers and not any long-term content plans.

By March of this year, Red Dead Redemption 2 had sold 44 million copies. Grand Theft Auto 5 sold a staggering 165 million copies.
