The former creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Vampire: The Masquerade have unveiled a new video game brand. Finnish studio Forbidden is preparing an action-adventure from the perspective of the first person you try to be. uncover the strange secrets of the Finnish forests. You will go on a journey to the missing grandparents and learn how to survive in the desert.
The project is called Among the trolls and will play as either Alex or Anna, who travel from the US to Finland to visit their grandparents, who live in a cabin among tall trees away from other people. Upon arrival, you will find that the cottage is abandoned and the grandparents have disappeared. In it, you immerse yourself in the world of Scandinavian mythology and memories of childhood spent with your loved ones.
You have to not only learn how to survive in the wild, but also deal with the supernatural creatures of Finnish mythology and the animistic nature of the world.
Developers lure Finnish myths and ancient shamanic magicunrelenting Finnish countryside and a heavy focus on the audiovisual experience.
If you’re interested in the game, Among the Trolls will release on Steam this year as part of a preliminary approach. The full version should appear in about 20 months.
