Let’s read the synopsis of the game:
The Holy Keidas Kingdom is thrown out of balance when savage “Ghosts” tear the Veil and bring death and destruction. Ghosts corrupt their victims and can even steal their bodies, turning into unstoppable monsters that prey on ordinary people. “Chimeras”, hybrid warriors forged by the merging of two different spirits, represent humanity’s only hope.
Briar and Lute are two sisters who turn into Chimera. Briar gained superhuman strength and stamina, while Lute, sacrificed to bind his soul to his sister’s soul, became the Spirit of mystical powers. Both voiced by Stefanie Joosten (Metal Gear Solid V), Briar and Lute are sent on a mission to recapture a devastated city overrun by the Specters. But the Order to which they belong has a more complex plan.
