Developer Naughty Dog is out two short clips comparative The Last of Us Part 1demonstrating the work done to remake. These are fifteen-second gameplay videos in which the order of the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game change. The two clips actually show: graphic improvements but they also make it clear how the mechanics remain basically the same despite some adjustments. Note the changes in some shots and improvements in graphic effects such as the fire effect in a much more realistic way to make the action more dramatic in the new version.
Presumably, Naughty Dog released these clips to continue to respond to the argument that The Last of Us Part 1 was largely useless because it was too expensive (to be sold at full price, i.e. €80) because it was too similar to the original.
As such, their goal is to show that the game is worth the cost and is not just a simple money-grabbing project as the most obscene accusers would like, but a project with its own dignity that requires a large sum. to see the light.
Before we leave, we remind you that The Last of Us Part 1 will be released on PS5 on September 2, 2022. A PC version has already been announced, but there is no official release date yet.
