A few days ago, Jason Schreier said that Diablo 4’s first tests for “friends and family” have begun, and first impressions have been positive. It seems it didn’t take long to see the first information leaked online.
The leaked material includes a very short video showing the start menu and character selection. The images instead show the Barbarian’s customization, where players can change his gender, skin color, and other secondary details like tattoos.
We also see related options. tutorial and difficulty levels. In the first case, players can choose to have more or less detailed descriptions. Regarding the difficulty levels, in Diablo 4 Alpha you can choose between “Adventurer – World Tier 1” and “Veteran – World Tier 2”; the first, as you can imagine, is more suitable for new players. those who are looking for a more accessible experience, with the latter the enemies are stronger, but on the other hand, the loot, gold and experience points will be larger. For those looking for bread for their teeth, there’s also a Hardcore mode that’s permadeath for the character.
