Flashback 2’s first trailer comes three decades after the platforming and action classic
The new chapter of Conrad B.Hart’s adventures will feature members of the original video game’s development team.
Last year, we received the startling announcement of Flashback 2, the sequel to the legendary 1992 action platformer game from the original game’s creator, Paul Cuisset, who will head the project. Encountering Master Brain in the original episode, Conrad and his allies will once again face off against Morphs that threaten all other civilizations. As if that wasn’t enough, Conrad will suffer. kidnapping of his best friend Ianhe has to research who did it and find out their motivations.

To pay homage to the original game while working on this sequel, the development team said in a press release, Cuisset managed to bring back several members of the teamsuch as game designer Thierry Perreau and Amiga soundtrack composer Raphaël Gesqua.
Flashback 2 will arrive this winter of 2022The flashback’s meticulous animations were one of the most lauded aspects of its time, and to continue the tradition, the team hired stuntman Jamel Blissat (Oscar Isaac’s stuntman in Marvel’s Moon Knight) to work on motion capture for Conrad B. Hart. Although we don’t have a release date yet, it’s scheduled for Flashback 2. winter of this year and PS4, PS5, XBox One, Xbox Series X | Coming to S and PC. You’ll also get an upcoming version for Nintendo Switch. 2023.
