Destiny 2: Season of the Tormented debut, trailers and details

Bungie launched today season of torment in destiny 2coming with a new trailer and various details Showing the contents and events planned for this new episode of the game, which will run until August 23, 2022.

Season of the Tormented sees the return of the series. Leviathan, Calus’ corrupt spaceshipIt is one of the main threats that must be addressed. The Guardians will have to fight the ghosts of the past, take advantage of the new solar subclass updated with the 3.0 system, and take on the role of the scythe wielding reaper. The Season of Persecution therefore begins today, May 24, and will continue. until August 23.

Leviathan, once the epitome of perfect luxury, now returns as a degenerate wreck to make contact with the pyramid ship that lay dormant on the Moon. When the Pyramid is contacted, nightmares of the past awaken and threaten to haunt anyone who dares to interfere.

Tormented Season offers a lot events and content to players including:

• “Nightmare Keep” (free for all players). Evil penetrates the hull of the Emperor’s hideous ship. Collect the toughest nightmares and purify them with fire
• “Divide”. Enter the Guts of Leviathan’s labyrinth, uncover the truth about Calus’ sinister plans and dispel the nightmares he controls.
• Solar 3.0 (free for all players). Now the solar subclass has also been overhauled and enhanced with a customizable fragment and nature system. Light the fire of creativity, explore new configurations and prove that fire will always be fought with fire.
• Intruder Exotic Weapon (free for all players). Equip Shiro-4’s exotic weapon from Destiny 1 and let its fire shine through the blackened gold of Leviathan’s crooked halls. Season Pass holders can unlock the weapon instantly
• Season Pass, New Mods and Gear, Solstice Event and more!

Additionally, this Friday at 7 PM CEST, the first of two dungeons included in the Deluxe Edition of Whispering Queen will be released. Owners of this edition of this year’s expansion will be able to play the new secret introduced in season 19 and the next secret.
