ACI Sport, thanks to the work of the Sports Commission ACI Esportscontinues his journey in the world of sim racing with 4th ACI GT4 Esports Italian Championship 2024What’s going on with the PC version of Assetto Corsa Competizione.
The tournament, organised by DrivingItalia.NET, following the success of the first three editions from 2021 to 2023, will consist of 6 events from early October to mid-December and will feature GT4 class cars (from the GT4 Pack DLC) of the branded simulator on the Kunos Simulations track.
REGISTRATION: HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Virtual drivers can participate from home as well as from the Driving Simulation Center simulation centers to compete for the title of GT4 ACI Esport Italian Champion, which will be awarded at the 2024 ACI Motor Racing Champions Awards Ceremony. A second server will also be set up on the track where the GT4 ACI Esport Italian Cup title will be played out. To participate, you need an ACI ESport license.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP
Pre-qualifying from 27 September to 1 October 2024. 6-race calendar from 8 October to 17 December.
The Italian GT4 ACI ESport Championship will launch virtual engines from September 27 to October 1, with a pre-qualifying round to determine the drivers who will race on the Italian Championship server and the Italian Cup server. If there are a lot of registered participants, a third DrivingItalia server (non-ACI) will also be activated to allow all registered participants to race. This is the CIGT4 calendar, which refers to the Italian Championship server 1, and the Italian Cup will take place next Thursday.
MINARDI Simracing Academy ACCESS NOW
The press release from the SIM Racing ACI Spor press service reminds that the awards of the Italian GT4 ACI ESport Championship 3 places (to the 3 best riders of the final ranking) for Minardi Simracing Management Academy. Another 8 places are reserved for the most deserving sim drivers racing in the Driving Simulation Centres. The drivers are included in the free Academy programme, which runs in 2024/25, with the aim of giving the best sim driver the opportunity to make a career in real motorsport, through a selective training path with a theoretical and practical part, where not only chronometric feedback will be assessed, but above all the reaction to psychological pressure and behavior in various competitive situations.

The races will be broadcast live on the Twitch Grand Prix TV channel, on various Facebook pages, on ACI Sport Youtube and in delayed form on ACI Sport TV, visible on channel 228 of the SKY package.
