Konami Digital Entertainment Celebrates Major Milestone: Title “Electronic football” has exceeded 700 million downloads worldwide.
To celebrate this occasion, KONAMI is implementing an in-game campaign with a number of unique features. The campaign will begin on January 11 and end on February 1. During these three weeks, a special Player of the Week (POTW) will be available to redeem as a login reward, one per week for a total of three. Additionally, throughout the campaign, users will be able to receive 1 Worldwide Chance Deal every day as a login bonus.
Campaign Goals
During the campaign, users will be able to participate in various eFootball League tournaments, competitions and championships to earn up to 200,000 GP, 210 eFootball Coins and more.
eFootball Championship Club Event: FC Bayern München
In December 2023, KONAMI announced details of some major changes related to major eSports tournaments with the introduction of the eFootball Championship club event. The eFootball Championship club events will allow users from around the world to compete in regional qualifying tournaments, culminating in a final that determines which players will represent each of the competing clubs. The FC Bayern Munich club event will begin on Monday, January 15th.
AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ Commemorative Campaign
Thanks to KONAMI’s partnership with the Asian Football Confederation, eFootball will offer a special entry gift: 10 chances dedicated to as many teams as possible at the 2023 Asian Cup Qatar.
They will be joined by three Epic players from Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
eFootball v.3.2.0 update
eFootball™ released Update 3.2.0 in December 2023 and introduced a number of new features including a new My League mode, co-op development and mini-game entry. This has allowed users to enjoy the broadest range of eFootball™ features since its inception.
