The main PUBG Esports event of the year has arrived! The PUBG Global Championship (PGC) 2023 kicks off tomorrow, November 18, in Bangkok, Thailand. Until December 3, 32 elite teams from all over the world will compete for a total prize pool of over $2 million.

Throughout the year, teams from the Americas, Asia, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa competed in the PUBG Global Series for a spot at PGC 2023, which will be held at the BCC Hall in Ladprao Central.
Awards
The initial prize pool for PGC 2023 starts at $2 million, but this amount will be increased as 25% of sales of PGC-themed items in PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS will be added to this amount. The Grand Champion will take home US$600,000 and the tournament MVP will take home US$10,000.
Tournament structure
The competition will consist of a group stage, the determination of “winners” and “losers”, and a repechage stage leading to a grand final in which only the top 16 will compete.
- Group stage: November 18–21.
- Upper Key: November 23-24.
- Nizhny Klyuch: November 25–26.
- Last chance: November 27–28.
- Grand Final: December 1–3.
Pick’Em Challenge and PUBG Fantasy League
Viewers will also be able to enjoy the Pick’em Challenge during the event, earning Esports Points for making correct predictions that can be redeemed for special PGC 2023 items. Additionally, the “PUBG Fantasy League” offers fans another way to participate in PGC 2023. They can create your dream teams with real players and scores based on real matches. The top 50 scorers will receive PGC 2023 awards. Fantasy League registration is available through Twire.
How to watch
The event will be broadcast live starting at 8:00 AM KST / 8:00 PM KST on game days, with coverage from multiple perspectives available on multiple platforms and the official PUGB Esports website. For the first time, the broadcast will include support for multiple languages and views per team, allowing everyone watching to get the full experience. These resources will be available at future international events.
