The first anniversary of Overwatch 2 has arrived! Millions of players have already answered the call and the celebration continues with lots of fun rewards. The event has already begun and will last until October 9. Week 1 – Frozen Paradise and Battle for Olympus
During the first week of the event, the Frozen Paradise event game modes will return. Players can participate in a real snow war with May’s Snowball Offensive in Elimination and Deathmatch versions. In addition, participants can also test their skills in elimination game modes: the epic 1v5 Yeti hunt or the challenging Freeze.
Battle for Olympus also returns in week one with free-for-all and team deathmatch game modes. Battle for Olympus features eight heroes imbued with divine ultimate powers, creating a crazy battle that will shake the skies.

Week 2 – Attack, Pega-Mari and Starwatch: Galactic Rescue
This is a trip into the past! Classic Overwatch Assault maps are back in arcade games. Assault maps require teams to capture or defend two static objective points. Often considered the most difficult due to intense and lengthy battles between teams, requiring exceptional coordination and teamwork to win.
Also returning is the chaotic fun of Pega-Mari, a confirmed elimination game mode where heroes pick up Pachimari toys dropped by defeated opponents to earn points for their teams and win. Additionally, Starwatch: Galactic Rescue will return. In Starwatch, a team of Watchers (the attackers) fight to free 3CH-O (played by Echo) from the clutches of the Infinite Empire (the defenders) on a map with four objective points.

Week 3 – Summer Games and Tricks and Tricks.
The third and final week of the anniversary event takes players to the beach where favorite Summer Games event modes return, including fan favorites like Lucioball and Winston’s Beach Volleyball, as well as the Mischief and Magic game mode in hidden object style. in which the Genji Royal Guard pursue the mischievous Kiriko Ladina, who transforms and hides like everyday objects.

Overwatch credits and activation skins are returning to the store
Players can earn up to 3,000 Overwatch Credits by completing all challenges that arise throughout the event. Credits can be used to purchase premium skins that return to the Anniversary Credits store, including Cassidy’s Space Raiders, Sigma Beekeeper, Lucius Hermes, and many more! The Anniversary Store is open until October 16th, but you can also save your accumulated credits for new opportunities to get other popular skins that will appear in subsequent seasons…
