Life is Strange Remastered: Update 1.05 available, adds 60fps to PS5 and Xbox Series X | S

Deck Nine released1.05 update from Life is Strange Remastered Collection for console and PC versions. The update brings particularly interesting news, because a 60fps mode for PS5, Xbox Series X and S, as well as support for Ultrawide monitors on PC. Here are the official translated patch notes:

  • PC – Added support for Ultrawide monitors
  • Xbox and Playstation: 60fps mode for 9th generation consoles
  • Xbox – Life is Strange Episode 5 sound and screen issue fixed
  • Staff, PC and PlayStation – soft unlock by pressing Y / Triangle

DeckNine developers have also promised that another update will arrive in the near future. Xbox Series X 60fps mode updatesprobably to improve the stability of the framerate (but that’s our guess).

Life is Strange Remastered Collection includes remasters of Life is Strange and Life is Strange Before the Storm, the prequels that follow the story of Chloe and Rachel. The collection supports native 4K resolution with Unreal Engine 4 and a rebuilt lighting system, new and overhauled character models for 4K with more polygons, more expressive animations, more natural-looking hair, tears, injuries and other updated elements.

The collection is available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC, while the Nintendo Switch version will be available throughout 2022.
