With so many Guardians going through the Lightfall campaign and learning new gameplay systems like Destiny 2 Guardian ranks and gear, there are sure to be challenges. Official Bungie Support Twitter Account noted a number of reported caseswhich include the following:

  • Only Legendary Lost Sectors Guardian Rank can be completed with Master and Legendary Lost Sectors.
  • Players starting at Guardian Rank 6 will not receive Vanguard 1-6 Tomes of Knowledge, but will only receive Vanguard 7 Tome of Knowledge.
  • Guardian Rank seasonal reset text should be fixed. Guardian ranks 7-11 are advanced ranks. Those at these ranks will be reset to rank six at the end of the season.
  • Triumph of Season of Defiance ascending scepter mods is impossible to complete.
  • If the player equips the Strand Shackle grenade, Exotic Warlock Legacy Swarmers do not spawn Threadlings when the Tangle is thrown.
The Shielded Foes modifier displays a placeholder icon.
  • The Quicksilver Storm Exotic Auto Rifle and Touch of Malice Exotic Scout Rifle lost their 40% damage increase against red band enemies.
