Are you desperate for something? Armor of the Children of the Forest? Even the simplest protection can mean the difference between life and death during your first few days in the desert, and if you want to spend your time in Endnight’s cannibalistic nightmare, you’ll need something pretty reliable to get you there.
This is where the armor of the Children of the Forest comes to the rescue. Sons of the Forest’s weapons can only take you so far, and all it takes is a hit or two from some of Sons of the Forest’s strongest mutants to send you to an untimely end. Whether you are looking for the high durability of golden armor or the ability to craft tech armor on the fly, here are all the Sons of the Forest armor you can find in the Endnight survival game.
Here are the six types of Children of the Forest armor, in order of effectiveness:
- Golden armor
- technical armor
- creepy armor
- bone armor
- hide armor
- tissue sheet
technical armor
Sons of the Forest Tech Armor is a great source of damage reduction, but very expensive compared to the benefits it provides. You can only get Tech Armor through the crafting system, which is definitely useful if you need to gear up on the fly, but finding all the materials is another story.
This is what you will need to craft the Sons of the Forest tech armor:
- Tech Mesh x1
- PCB x1
- tape x1
- Thread x1
- Batteries x1
You can use 3D Printer and 250 Resin to get Tech Mesh and the rest can be found by exploring the sandbox game. Once you have all the required materials, continue crafting Tech Armor from your inventory as normal.
Golden armor
Golden armor offers the best protection in Sons of the Forest, as it provides full protection and never loses durability. It is inside a cave to the southeast of the Sons of the Forest map, near the eastern shore of a large lake. Although you don’t have to worry about the materials to be made, you can do you need a maintenance key to access its location, which you can find on the table next to the 3D printer.
Enter the cave and use the Sons of the Forest key card to unlock the entrance to the facility. As expected, there are a bunch of mutants waiting for you here, so fight them or walk past them and head down the stairs to level 2. Dread Armor is by far the easiest Sons of the Forest armor to collect, although wearing it will reduce your ability to successfully sneak past enemies.
