Gameloft details other fixes coming with next week’s Disney Dreamlight Valley update, including fixes for bugs preventing mobs from feeding, fixing some quest crashing issues, and more freedom to place your main house chests. . Life recently introduced a number of key quality of life improvements with the Dreamlight Valley Charm update, but a few more fixes are on the way.
“Even a snowstorm in Frost Heights can’t slow you down!” exclaims Gameloft, thanking fans for the “great community feedback” on the third Friendship Festival update. It says the patch, scheduled for “early next week,” will fix several notable bugs that have surfaced since the update’s release.
Among the fixes listed for the update, quests will no longer prevent you from feeding creatures. This should make it easier to complete your collection, especially if, like me, you weren’t able to unlock them as companions until the recent update hit due to another common bug.
Another useful change is that you’ll now be able to place the chest in the main house outside, useful if you want to use it as a drop-off point to quickly drop off items without hauling them back home. There are also several quest progression fixes, including one for a missing dandelion syrup in the quest What does a house look like? and a cave progression blocker in the Stitch’s Hobby quest.
