Esports generationschool esports platform entered into a cooperation agreement with Nintendo. Video games will be added as part of an official partnership Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon 3 starting with the Middle School Esports League, an esports competition that sees US high school kids compete in competitions hosted across a variety of games including Rocket League, Minecraft, and Brawhalla.

These additions to the ever-expanding library of Generation Esports games empower students to learn and compete in an environment designed to host meaningful family-friendly play activities that help create positive gaming communities in the school environment.

“Every student deserves the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities that best suit their interests, and nothing demonstrates our commitment to them better than creating a structure that makes school more fun.” said Mason Mulleniu, CEO of Generation Esports.

In addition, in cooperation with Nintendo, Nintendo Switch consoles and software will be distributed to numerous high schools, allowing them to participate in the free MSEL Spring Major competition.

“At the heart of this partnership is the opportunity to create access and develop more pathways to success for middle school students, and we look forward to nurturing the next generation of esports.”said John Bukoski, commercial director of Generation Esports.
