Dying Light 2’s weapon cache is now five times larger

There’s a new hotfix for Dying Light 2 that released rather quietly on February 9, but it’s a major problem: your weapon stash is now bigger. a lot More. Player caches, which store additional items, weapons, and equipment, can now hold up to 250 weapons, up from 50 when the zombie game launched.

As for the fix, the latest update actually brings some pretty big changes, aside from the recently expanded weapon chest space. There is now an option to reset your Legend levels, which are part of the new progression system recently added in the 1.9.0 update. If you reached at least legend level 50 in a previous version of the game, you can now reset that progress once per save.

The patch also fixes a bug that prevented the Nvidia Reflex setting from remaining enabled, which could cause performance issues on some systems. It also fixed a bug that prevented players from launching Dying Light 2 from Windows 7. That’s good, but come on guys. Is the time.

The full list of patch notes for this fix has been posted as a comment on the Steam Forums, which we’ve reproduced here for your convenience:
