The recently announced Wo Long Fallen Dynasty demo gives players excited for Nioh Team Ninja’s upcoming dark fantasy game Three Kingdoms the chance to try it out a week before launch. Team Ninja also confirms that not only will your save data from the demo carry over to the full game once Wo Long Fallen Dynasty’s release date hits, but you’ll also be able to earn additional gear by playing it.

Wo Long Fallen Dynasty is certainly very similar to Nioh 2, but our hands-on time with the game felt a bit more accessible, with fewer mechanics to wrap you up and focus on using your devastating dodge, which almost feels like Sekiro’s Deflection but with less risk Dodge an incoming enemy attack correctly and you can turn its momentum against it to knock it back and unleash a devastating counterattack.
