The latest update to The Sims 4 adds new medical clothing for your Sims, as well as better surgical scars and girdles, including bandages. The new features can be found in the Create a Sim section, adding more opportunities for players to see themselves in the popular Game of Life.
New portable medical devices include hearing aids and glucometers. Headphones can be added for toddlers and older Sims, and they come in 15 color options. You can find them by selecting a Sim’s face in “Create a Sim” and then selecting accessories to find the “Medical Clothing” category. You can assign hearing aids to the left or right ear, or to both ears.
The Glucose Meter can be found in the Portable Medical Devices Body Accessories category for Sims ages kids and up. They can be placed on the Sim’s right or left arm, or on the lower abdomen in a right or left position.
Teen and older male Sims (with a male or female physique) can now have superior surgical scars, which can be found in the Body category under Body Scars. Sims can also wear the new binding top perk found under “tanks” in the “Tops” category, as well as the new shapewear perk in the “Bottoms” underwear category.
