Do you want to know the following? Disney Dreamlight Valley Update release date and who is it with? Dreamlight Valley updates add new characters and quests to the life sim, and we already know there’s plenty of room for new faces to be added. Fans on social media have been asking about Cinderella, Belle and Stitch, and last year a certain blue alien crashed in the valley and we know Gameloft is listening.
Although the Disney game is in Early Access, it has proven to be one of the best PC games of 2022 with regular content updates, an active community, and fast and regular bug fixes. Since the game launched just a few months ago, we’ve had two major content updates. With a “nearly unlimited supply” of classic characters to choose from, there’s no sign these updates are slowing down.
Dreamlight Valley Upcoming Update
On January 25, Gameloft finally revealed the long-awaited roadmap for early 2023, hinting at what’s to come in Dreamlight Valley this year, and it didn’t disappoint. While fans were expecting Belle to be the next character to arrive in the Valley, she will instead be the “exceptionally so-so” Mirabelle Madrigal, though we don’t yet know how her arrival in the game will pan out.
While it may be part of an entirely different property, Mirabelle will be escorted upon arrival by a cute little snowman who, of course, we can only assume will be the one and only Olaf (although who else remembers Nick the little guy?) snowman from Pixar? not so, Gameloft). We haven’t added a new character to the existing kingdom yet, so it remains to be seen if Olaf will make it to the Valley directly or via the Ice Kingdom.
Since Holiday Star Trek ends on February 2, we expect the next Dream Valley update to arrive around February 9, 2023., about a week after the end of the current Star Trek. However, we may be waiting a bit longer, as the official Discord said they had “a lot more to share in the coming weeks” on January 25.
Dreamlight Valley Update Schedule
On December 6, Toy Story in Dream Valley, Missions in Uncharted Space Update 2 was released.
The first major content update was the Scar’s Kingdom update, which arrived on October 19, 2022, just two months after the game’s initial release in Early Access. This update added the Lion King villain, a new Star Trek, and a bunch of Dreamlight Valley Scar quests.
