All games leaving PC Game Pass in April 2022

In April 2022, Dataminers announced the list of games planned for the Xbox PC Game Pass subscription service that month.

Reliable data miner and console version notifier @Wario64 Later that month, he announced the list of games slated to leave the Xbox PC Game Pass subscription service in April 2022. There are four in total, including one where fans seem taken aback.

Rotating and releasing titles on Game Pass are certainly not uncommon. Microsoft tends to update its inventory monthly to keep things interesting for its players and subscribers.

This flagship sci-fi shooter MMO surprised some gamers with its place on the list. Some have claimed that Destiny 2 will remain on Xbox Game Pass indefinitely. However, this does not currently appear to be the case.

Players take on the role of guards tasked with uniting the Vanguard – Zawala, Ikora Ray and Kaida-6, and reclaiming the power stolen from them and the city by Dominus Gaul.

Players are tasked with assembling a party of skilled adventurers to travel the world and uncover mysteries, “mysterious artifacts, and even tales of eerie whisperings and gruesome occult rituals.”

The game description says, “Roam the world as a favorite cardboard cloud and destroy everyone’s day!” Unlock new evil paths in over 50 levels, each with a unique setting and objective. This is schadenfreude’s favorite simulator!

Players experience the game as a suspended cardboard cloud swirling across a map, using a series of weather-based powers to sow disorder and confusion.

In its description, “The Long Dark is a thought-provoking search and rescue experience that challenges individual players as they explore a vast frozen wasteland after a geomagnetic catastrophe.”

Players are not against zombies, werewolves or other paranormal threats. Instead, they’re fair and it’s the open, wild, and harsh environment that surrounds them.
