Command Counter-Strike: Global Offensive by Virtus.pro made a purchase Alexander “KaiR0N-” Anashkin, the class of 2004 will wear the jersey of the Russian organization next season. Counter-Strike player will replace David “n0rb3r7” Danielyan. Here is the press release:

“A historic victory in Rio was followed by an unfortunate defeat in Abu Dhabi. We understood that the team needed changes that would allow us to maintain our style of play, not allowing the opponent to adapt to us. So we decided to temporarily let David focus on his individual form while KaiR0N- takes his place in the active roster.

KaiR0N is very talented. As soon as we had the opportunity to sign Alexander, we immediately took advantage of it. Glad to welcome him to the ranks of the Bears!

David is a brilliant player, which is why we don’t offer him for a transfer. If other clubs show interest and David himself wants to train in tournaments, we are ready to consider temporary loan offers.

This decision was made by the owners and management of the club after consultation with the coaching staff. By signing KaiR0N- and keeping n0rb3r7, the roster gets the flexibility it needs, the ability to rotate, and remains solid, which is unattainable with a model change.”
